A new app that lets you listen to your favorite piano music with headphones is getting a boost from Apple, as the company announced it will launch its own music-playing service later this year.
The new service, PianoKey, will allow you to play your piano and access your music library from the comfort of your sofa or a coffee table.
PianoKey lets you connect your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch to a computer and stream your favorite music files to your computer, and it’ll also allow you take notes and play chords on the piano with the piano keys you already own.
The company says PianoKey will cost $7.99 per month and offer music playing and recording.
Apple CEO Tim Cook previously said the company was working with PianoKey to make the service more accessible to people with disabilities.
